If only YouTube had ‘smell-o-vision’
We shot this video on Father’s Day (June, 20th, 2010) and it was certainly fit for the occasion. We were able to cook nine racks of ribs and three whole chickens, enough food for a hungry and happy family. It goes without saying that we had ourselves a Happy Father’s Day.
The movie is an entertaining how-to video explaining the steps to cook chicken and ribs on the La Caja China grill. That’s right, besides cooking whole pigs, the La Caja China is perfect to grill your favorite summertime barbecue. We used our Model 1 to barbecue, and the ribs and chicken totaled about fifty pounds.
